Welcome to Spirit Yoga Dublin

Flow Yoga and my classes: Flow Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Yoga class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow Yoga involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between which will naturally build heat in the body working to strengthen the body and release tension.

Variations on the Sun Salutation are used as a warm-up, followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses, seated poses and Inversions. The poses taught in the class are from the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga but with a slightly softer approach than a regular Ashtanga yoga class. As in all yoga classes, relaxation (savasana) ends the class. Flow Yoga is recommended for all students wishing to explore a more movement-oriented class. Flow Yoga builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus and the physical practice .There is modifications available for all poses so you can work at the best level suited for you .And like with all Yoga classes you build your practise over time .
