Welcome to Spirit Yoga Dublin

About Hatha Flow Yoga and my classes: Hatha Flow Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha Yoga class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath. Hatha Flow involves moving from one posture to another which will naturally build heat in the body. Working to strenghten the body and release tension.

Variations on the Sun Salutation are often used as a warm-up, followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses, and then seated poses. As in all Hatha classes, relaxation (savasana) ends the class. Hatha Flow is recommended for all students wishing to explore a more movement-oriented class. Hatha Flow builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus and the physical practice. There is modifications available for all poses so you can work at the best level suited for you .
