SPIRIT YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE 2010 - CLASSES ONGOING EVERY 6 WEEKS

A YOGA MAT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES PLEASE NOTE THAT MATS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT CAN BE PURCHASED FOR 20.00 EURO PLEASE CALL 087 6362745 TO ORDER A MAT IF REQUIRED. Please see our notes that follow our timetable below for additional yoga class information.
All yoga classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners or improvers. Should you wish to reserve a place on a yoga class please use our secure payment buttons below. Alternatively you can contact Suzanne Quinn at 087 6362745 or Email Spirit Yoga Dublin to reserve a place. Classes fill quickly and places are limited so it's advisable to book as early as possible.

Then use the payment method below(paypal or credit card) if you only wish to attend a class date that suits you - For example perhaps you don't want to book a full 6 week course above and you only want to attend on particular dates - No Problem! - Just enter the amount you wish to pay below and include a note on the dates you wish to attend and include a contact number where possible.

CLASS FEES - GENERAL NOTE
1) Deposits are non refundable once a course has begun 2) Classes are missed at your own expense it may be possible to attend another class instead but this is space dependant and you will need to check with your teacher first. 3)when paying for a course payment entitles you to attend only the class paid for 4) Bookings are only accepted once a 50.00 euro deposit has been paid. If it is not possible to pay online please contact Suzanne at 087 6362745 to arrange an alternative payment method
What You Need to Bring to Yoga Class
- New students should arrive 15 minutes before class starts for registration purposes
- All students please be on time, and arrive at least a minimum of 5 minutes before the class is due to begin
- If you have paid a deposit the balance of your course fee must be paid at the first class of a new course
- Yoga mats are NOT provided ( you may bring your own ) or they will be available for sale for EUR20.00 on the first evening of any new course please text Suzanne on 087 6362745 if you would like to purchase a yoga mat so enough mats are available to buy
- Wear comfortable, light clothing i.e. tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt
- Try not to eat anything heavy two hours before class DO eat a light snack (fruit , snack bar etc )
- Drink plenty of water before and after your class
- If attending a pregnancy yoga class please bring either a bolster and a pillow or at least two pillows with you
